Six custom panels. Five field welds. One day on site.

A well pad containment project in Pennsylvania required a custom 60XGL geomembrane system with a non-standard perimeter berm configuration and no pre-existing design details. ITL designed six custom factory-fabricated panels sized to the site geometry. The entire system was installed in one day by a crew of six, with only five field welds needed. No material waste. Installation was complete before the summer heat became a crew safety issue.

What Working with ITL Looks Like

Every custom order is fabricated in a controlled plant environment with documented QA/QC procedures. Your product is built, tested, and ready to install before it ships. That means less field welding, fewer on-site variables, and a faster installation for your crew.

Materials

HDPE, LLDPE, CWPE, RPE, RPP, XR-series, non-woven geotextiles. We'll help you match the right material to your application based on chemical compatibility, UV exposure, installation method, and the system's expected lifespan. Not sure what you need? Design Support

CAD drafting for precise panel layouts and field drawings. We can work from your project specs or help develop them. If a different material or configuration will perform better for your application, we'll say so. We'd rather have that conversation up front than have you find out on site.

Factory fabricated, field ready

Your panels are cut, welded, and tested before they leave the facility. One-piece fabrication is available for applications where field seams create risk or add labor cost to your installation.

Applications for Custom Fabrication

The project drives the spec. If your application isn't listed, send us what you're working with. Chances are, we've made something similar.

Pit liners, tank liners, berm systems, and chemical storage. The containment has to fit the footprint exactly, contain the full volume of whatever's stored above it, and go in without a field fabrication problem. We fabricate to exact dimensions in HDPE, LLDPE, CWPE, and other materials matched to your application and chemical compatibility requirements. Irregular footprints and non-standard specs are not exceptions here. They're the usual.

Stormwater retention, detention, and wastewater ponds. One-piece or large-panel fabrication reduces field seams and speeds up installation. We can work from survey data, engineer drawings, or a sketch and dimensions. Bring us what you have.

Channel lining, slope protection, embankment stabilization. We can configure geocell, geogrid, and ITL RCR® to your site conditions and permit requirements. Tell us what the site looks like and what spec you're working toward. We'll help you figure out the right solution.
